1. By placing an order through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-informed form and distance sales contract provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. Shipping costs for each product will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers can terminate the contract.

5. In case it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from learning about it. Within 14 days, the total amount must be refunded to the buyer.

6. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

7. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's credit card used for payment is misused by unauthorized persons, and the selling price of the product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the buyer.

8. If an unavoidable situation occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days.

9. The buyer must examine the delivered goods/services as soon as they are received. If the product falls into categories such as torn, stained, damaged, defective, etc., the buyer is obliged to inform the seller immediately after receiving the product.

10. The buyer can make a return/exchange request for the purchased product only through the website or our Whatsapp Customer Communication Line. The buyer must deliver the product to the Shipping Company within 2 days with the information provided, the Shipping Company, and the shipping code within 14 days from the delivery date. For return/exchange requests, the buyer can request a product/size change within 14 days by meeting the Return/Exchange conditions specified below.

Shipments sent for return/exchange without prior notice will not be accepted.



The product to be returned/exchanged must be unused, undamaged, with the product label intact, hygiene tapes not removed, and must be sent back with the original product bag or original product package/box, in a condition that does not prevent it from being resold.

During shipment, if you suspect that a package has been damaged, open and inspect it in front of the Delivery Officer, and make a report.

Damaged/ defective products that is not documented with a report by the Delivery Officer will not be accepted for return/exchange.

To return/exchange the product, it must be sent with the invoice. The return/exchange of products that have lost their marketable and cannot be sold to another customer is not accepted, and the price is not refunded.

The amounts of the products whose return is approved are refunded to you within 14 days.
